ARTICLE 2: Responsibilities

DRONE GEOFENCING acts as the publisher of the website. As such, DRONE GEOFENCING is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content it publishes.

DRONE GEOFENCING shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment while accessing the website www.drone-geofencing.fr, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility. Users of the site agree to access the site using up-to-date equipment that is free of viruses and equipped with a latest-generation, up-to-date web browser. Whenever DRONE GEOFENCING processes Personal Data, DRONE GEOFENCING takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in light of the purposes for which DRONE GEOFENCING processes it.

7.2 Purpose of the Collected Data

DRONE GEOFENCING may process all or part of the following data:

7.3 Right of Access, Rectification, and Objection

As soon as DRONE GEOFENCING becomes aware of a user’s death and in the absence of instructions from the user, DRONE GEOFENCING undertakes to destroy the user’s data, unless retaining it is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.

In this case, the user must specify the Personal Data that they would like DRONE GEOFENCING to correct, update, or delete, and must provide proof of identity by submitting a copy of a valid ID (identity card or passport).

Requests to delete Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on DRONE GEOFENCING by law, particularly with regard to the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, DRONE GEOFENCING users may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, including the CNIL www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes

7.4 Non-Disclosure of Personal Data

DRONE GEOFENCING shall not process, host, or transfer user data collected about its users to a country outside the European Union or recognized as “inadequate” by the European Commission without first informing the user. However, DRONE GEOFENCING remains free to choose its technical and commercial processors, provided that they offer sufficient safeguards in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

DRONE GEOFENCING is committed to taking all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the Information and, in particular, to prevent it from being disclosed to unauthorized persons. However, if DRONE GEOFENCING becomes aware of an incident that affects the integrity or confidentiality of the user’s Information, it must notify the user as soon as possible and inform the user of the corrective measures taken.

Furthermore, DRONE GEOFENCING does not collect any “sensitive data.”

The user’s Personal Data may be processed by DRONE GEOFENCING’s subsidiaries and its data processors (service providers), solely for the purposes set forth in this policy.
