However, DRONE GEOFENCING is unable to verify the content of the websites accessed through these links and, consequently, assumes no liability in this regard.
Unless you choose to disable cookies, you agree that the site may use them. You may disable these cookies at any time, free of charge, using the options provided below; please note that doing so may reduce or prevent access to all or part of the services offered by the site.
5.2. “COOKIES”
A “cookie” is a small data file sent to the user’s browser and stored on the user’s device (e.g., computer, smartphone) (hereinafter “Cookies”). This file contains information such as the user’s domain name, the user’s internet service provider, the user’s operating system, and the date and time of access. Cookies do not pose any risk of damaging the user’s device.
DRONE GEOFENCING may process user information regarding visits to the Site, such as the pages viewed and searches performed. This information enables DRONE GEOFENCING to improve the Site’s content and the user’s browsing experience.
Since cookies facilitate navigation and/or the provision of the services offered by the website, users can configure their browser to allow them to decide whether or not to accept cookies so that they are stored on their device or, conversely, rejected—either systematically or based on the issuer. Users may also configure their browser so that they are prompted to accept or reject cookies on a case-by-case basis before a cookie is stored on their device. DRONE GEOFENCING informs users that, in this case, not all features of their browser may be available.
If the user refuses to allow cookies to be stored on their device or browser, or if the user deletes cookies that have been stored there, the user is advised that their browsing and experience on the site may be limited. This may also be the case when DRONE GEOFENCING or one of its service providers is unable—for technical compatibility purposes—to recognize the type of browser used by the device, the language and display settings, or the country from which the device appears to be connected to the Internet.
In such cases, DRONE GEOFENCING disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the impaired operation of the website and any services offered by DRONE GEOFENCING, resulting from (i) the user’s refusal of cookies, and (ii) DRONE GEOFENCING’s inability to store or access the cookies necessary for their operation due to the user’s choice. Each browser has different settings for managing cookies and user preferences. These settings are described in the browser’s help menu, which explains how users can change their cookie preferences.
At any time, the user may choose to specify and modify their cookie preferences. DRONE GEOFENCING may also use the services of third-party providers to help it collect and process the information described in this section.
Finally, by clicking on the icons for social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Plus that appear on the DRONE GEOFENCING website or in its mobile app—and provided the user has accepted the use of cookies by continuing to browse the DRONE GEOFENCING website or mobile app—Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+ may also place cookies on users’ devices (computers, tablets, and cell phones).
These types of cookies are placed on your devices only if you consent to them by continuing to browse the DRONE GEOFENCING website or mobile app. However, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
5.3. Internet Tags (“TAGS”)
DRONE GEOFENCING may occasionally use web beacons (also known as “tags,” or action tags, single-pixel GIFs, transparent GIFs, invisible GIFs, and one-by-one GIFs) and deploy them through a third-party web analytics partner that may be located (and therefore store the corresponding information, including the User’s IP address) in a foreign country.
These tags are placed both in online ads that direct users to the site and on the site's various pages.
This technology enables DRONE GEOFENCING to evaluate visitors' responses to the site and the effectiveness of its actions (for example, the number of times a page is viewed and the information accessed), as well as how users interact with the site.
The third-party service provider may collect information about visitors to this site and other websites using these tags, compile reports on site activity for DRONE GEOFENCING, and provide other services related to the use of this site and the Internet.
